There is a heartwarming tradition blowing over from the North: dowsing!
With Sofie at Waldorf school, it buzzed past every now and then. Fem and I loved it right away! With small gestures that you secretly do for each other, make the world a little more beautiful. We also wanted to do something with that with Het Wol Feetje!

We have made an instruction with 2 options to introduce dowsing together with a woolen gnome in your family, at school, or at work. Wichtelen is for young and old! Who is the Little Leprechaun?

The Little Leprechaun is a sweet house gnome. You don't hear him, you don't see him, but he still knows how to make the world a little more beautiful with sweet little gestures. In the dark cold days, the Little Leprechaun brings warmth and light into people's houses. He stands for charity, togetherness, and warmth. What a wonderful pedagogical wink ;)

What is Wichtelen? Wichtelen is surprising someone with unexpected little attentions that you think will make the other person happy. You can think of a sweet note in a lunch box, a hot water bottle in bed, a beautiful stone in your pocket, making the bed or doing the dishes. It's about the small gestures. It is not only nice to receive sweet attentions. Also for the giver it is so much fun to empathize, to be creative and secretly looking forward to the reaction of the other. And sssshhhttt because the Little Leprechaun works in secret ;)
